SAM: Child Interview Center (CIC ) SAM (Sexual Abuse and Molestation)/Child Abuse—These sessions consist of different experiences depending on availability, including non-acute history and physical exam evaluations for child abuse, medical examiner meetings, didactic sessions, slide/anatomy review. Please page Dr. Carpenter the day prior to determine where to meet; if you are scheduled to meet on Monday, Dr. Carpenter will attempt to contact you the week before. Required articles for this portion of the rotation will be placed in your box one week prior to your scheduled meeting with Dr. Carpenter. Directions:The CIC is located at 3755 Alhambra Avenue in Martinez. It is located upstairs from “Martinez Chiropractic” on the 2nd floor.
